Weekly Satsang - Pranayama
Service Description
Unlock the power of breath and mindfulness with Ayur-Vidya's Weekly Satsang. These ancient breath practices help to promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. We practice breath work (as learned in the Ayur-Vidya Pranayama Series) and explore different ways of meditation to help relax your body, mind complex and cultivate a deeper level of awareness to tap into the sub-conscious. To attend this class, you must have completed the Pranayama series being offered at Ayur-Vidya. Members will also have the option of joining one Asana class a month** (Tuesday/Thursday) at the studio from 6pm to 7pm. ** Must check in for spot availability before walking in to the class. We meet in a small group once a week for an hour from 6pm to 7pm PST, every Friday. Come and let's continue your healing journey with Yoga at Ayur-Vidya.
