This is a personalized Yoga Session specially dedicated to you. In the first session, we'll evaluate the flexibility and strength along with your individual needs. We'll practice some basic poses and schedule time for meeting on an ongoing basis. Every session will be 60 mins to 75 mins long.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling allowed 48 hours before the session. Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show fee is $25.
