Shiro Abhyanga is a deeply calming Ayurvedic Oil treatment focused on the scalp. Warm medicated herbal oil (suitable for the client) is gently applied using rhythmic, soothing techniques to release tension, quiet the mind, and nourish the nervous system. This treatment is especially supportive for stress, mental fatigue, and difficulty unwinding. Mukha Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic Oil treatment for the face. Warm medicated oil suitable for the client is applied to moisten the skin, release any stress and calm the nervous system. Pāda Abhyanga is another such Ayurvedic Oil treatment focused on the feet. As per Ayurveda, feet is a reflection of the whole body and oiling the feet calms the whole body & mind. Warm medicated herbal oil is applied using rhythmic movements to release tension and soothe the mind.
